Safetyman 365 is an ongoing HSE support service for businesses that want experienced help with their safety workload. We start with a gap audit, agree your priorities and provide consultant support through a monthly or annual subscription.

Safetyman 365 brings your arrangements together for review: your training, risk assessments, RAMS and safety management system. The result is a clearer starting point for a support plan built around your business.
What we review
Your initial gap audit considers the arrangements and information available for your operation. We review training needs and records, risk assessments, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and gaps in the safety management system. We then discuss priorities and agree the work your subscription will cover.
How the partnership works

- Prioritise: agree practical actions, responsibilities and the support you need.
- Support: put experienced consultant input into your day-to-day HSE workload.
- Review: revisit progress and adjust the programme as work changes.
Monthly support or an annual partnership
Choose a monthly or annual subscription arrangement. We agree the scope around your operation, locations, workforce and priorities. Your proposal will set out the included activities, site visits, availability, fees and terms. Additional project or specialist requirements can be discussed separately.
An extension of your business
Safetyman can take on agreed day-to-day HSE activities, giving your team more time to focus on running and growing the business. Your business retains its legal responsibilities; the partnership provides the expertise and practical support to help you fulfil them.
Connect support with learning
Where the review identifies training needs, we can discuss onsite training and relevant learning through Safetyman Academy. You can also explore the Sentinel suite as part of the wider Safetyman offering. Product access and training inclusions are agreed separately unless specified in your proposal.
